Dropped into Gwili Pottery today - I love their stuff, but to be honest, if I bought all the ceramics I love, I'd have to buy a bigger house! It was inspiring and discouraging in about equal measure. Inspiring because some of their stuff is so desirable, discouraging because it was so quiet and empty there .... like the roads of rural Wales, desert pathways apart from tractors and enormous lorries.
P. is finishing off bits and pieces for Saturday's craft fair in Neath - I don't know which of us will be doing it yet, it depends on the weather. There's an enormous box full of snowmen, dragons and vases downstairs. They look very festive I must say. It's times like this that I miss having our own studio!
